Delivery Process – Simple & Smooth

3. Order Dispatch

Sit back and relax — your package will be on its way shortly!

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pick up your order from the checkout area or wait for home delivery.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently available only for customers in Lahore.

Return Eligibility Guidelines

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Personal care and intimate items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • The product shows clear signs of use
  • It's returned after 30 days
  • The product packaging is damaged or missing components
  • CDs, DVDs, software, or opened digital goods are returned

Exchange or Return Policy

If your product is in good condition but you’ve changed your mind, you have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To ensure your request is processed smoothly, the product must be kept in its original condition and packaging. If there’s any damage that occurred without customer fault, you’re still eligible to request a return.

📦 Important: Unpacking or testing the product will not affect your right to a refund — as long as the item is returned complete and undamaged.

✅ Returns Are Only Accepted If the Following Are Included:

  • The product is fully equipped with all original parts and accessories
  • A purchase receipt from ChangeUp.pk
  • The warranty card (if applicable)
  • A service report or description of the defect (in case of faulty products)
  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable consumer laws and refund timelines.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. How long do I have to return or exchange a product?

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. For certain items, such as electronics, a 14-day exchange window may apply if stated.

2. Can I get a full refund?

We currently offer store credit or product exchange only. No cash refunds are provided unless required by law.

3. What if the product I received is damaged or faulty?

Please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery and contact our support team within 3 days. If verified, we will arrange a free replacement or store credit.

4. What items are non-returnable?

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personal care and hygiene items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened cosmetics or skincare
  • Items marked “final sale”
  • Food, flowers, or perishable goods
  • Gift cards and digital downloads
5. Do I need the original packaging for a return?

Yes, all returns must include the original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

6. How do I return a product?

7. Can I return a product if I just changed my mind?

Yes, we allow a one-time exchange or store credit for unused products in original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.

8. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available everywhere?

Currently, COD is only available for customers in Lahore.

9. When will I receive my refund or store credit?

Once your return is approved, store credit or a replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days.

10. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For voluntary returns (change of mind), you’ll need to bear the courier charges.
